- He has had the responsibility of senior management with P&L responsibility managing multiple hotels; 3 – 5 star, franchised, managed or independent, big volume properties or stylish boutique hotels, corporate & MICE or leisurely spa resorts hotels.
- His key competencies are the strategic direction, management, and supervision of hotel (group) operations, hiring & training of people, commerce, and finance.
- Raoul actively works as a Senior International Advisor to licensed MRICS Property Surveyors and Brokers, HTL Consulting Firms, NGOs, Banks and Private Equity Investors.
