How we work

The main objective of G&A is to assist in sustaining and optimising operating profit, cash flow and investment value of Small to Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) active in the hospitality, tourism, and leisure sectors.

To achieve this objective, G&A provides business advisory, training, and coaching, both bottom-up and top-down.

G&A Advisory Teams are formed, usually consisting of three or more members: a G&A Project Coordinator, a G&A Senior International Advisor who is an experienced senior manager with a solid financial background and industry knowledge of the relevant sector, and one or more functional or technical G&A Specialists, depending on the requirements of the client.

All G&A Advisory Team members are to provide their services as fully independent advisors and are not to act as procurement agents or temporary project managers.

The G&A Advisory Team’s services are delivered both on-site and off-site, dealing with strategic and day-to-day management issues, and aim to have an immediate impact by addressing the central issue of succeeding in the competitive marketplace of each client.

The G&A Advisory Team’s mission is to advise, support, motivate, challenge, and help clients cope with the inevitable rapid change in market-driven economies.
